Again what are you talking about, Iconic labs never went into liquidation, read the recent RNS, that could not be released if they had gone into liquidation.

With Brad Taylor and David Stybr being on both boards/teams they surely are devising a plan to save sting.
Possibly take the business and rebrand with a new name ?

Am I correct in saying that iconic need to be back in control in less than a month so they can save sting ?

Am i correct in saying that the team of experts are not being paid, only share incentives (or did i dream it), if correct , then they must totally believe that they can achieve their objectives and so the longer it takes , the risk gets less.
If they see a negative outcome they would have walked away. My opinion only. GLA

It’s not really an update , but better than the silence

We are still waiting for negotiations to complete. Please understand that the Administrators’ are keen to get the CVA proposals agreed but unfortunately cannot proceed until matters have been resolved between the other parties.
I completely understand your frustration and as advised I will update you once I have more positive news to provide.
