I've not heard positive news on Iran tbh, opec haven't seemed able to increase production, but I'm hoping it'll come in time once drilling picks up. If biden stays with this green agenda we can wave goodbye to cheap oil I reckon.
There's a lot of factors mate, think the high oil and food prices have already set everyone onto a path of lower spending. It'll take time but I think the extent of the recession will depend on employment figures. Positive atm, hopefully that continues and we can see some sort of levelling off. If oil is sustained higher we're in for a tough time. I think a technical recession is already a given imho
Follow a lot of wall street traders who are way smarter than me and they're predicting a melt up. In everything from airlines to industrials etc. Narrative seems to be a final rally that will be significant followed by a recession. Timing is everything obviously but if they're right this is where I'd be grabbing shares. Might not be the bottom but were surely not going bk to 110...
I've been told to get to the airport early for my holiday on Monday. Volume of people flying is swamping security. Probably lack of staff but good sign for airlines. Here's hoping the nxt results are better than last in terms of SP impact.
