RNS first thing tomorrow announcing MSC trials finalised and signed up, with the first ship "Buoydodger" to commence using BioMSAR in January 2022.

My understanding of the "welled" oil is that it is a seam of thick bitumen type oil, (not oil sands) which needs heating (steam) in order to be pumped to surface. Completely different to the oil sands much nearer the surface.

Could always be wrong though, not for the first time....

I've rounded/topped up (191,596 & 200,000) my holding again this morning as I believe the "potential" is well worth buying into @ sub 3p prices. I had funds available waiting on the TSX halt on Petroteq being lifted but fed up waiting.

and since 2019 guess who has continued to receive his huge salary, while delivering nothing in the way of commercial contracts. The guy wouldn't get a red face at a bonfire!!!

Yep, the next 12 months are make or break IMO. No reason 2022 can't produce at least one commercial contract though and progress on other projects should see the SP much higher than now.

I expect Petroteq to be first to break out in Q1 next year, closely followed by Tomco, with QFI H2 2022. Can spend 2023 onward counting the profits and laughing all the way to the bank.

Or, the whole caboodle could go up in the air and 2023 will see my financial demise and crying all the way to the food bank!!

I'm sure there will be some "difficult" phone calls from the recently on-boarded IIs asking "WTF is going on?" as the silence deafens and SP moves south on news vacuum.

I count myself very lucky, (timing-wise) as bought 500,000 PQE in mid April at just under 3.75p. Needless to say the Viston offer will do for me but no intentions of tendering until the Haywood commissioned report is published.

This is the third time it's happened, where HL put n/a in the value column. Each time so far they have re-introduced a nominal value, (usually around 12p mark), however it is quite disconcerting to see a chunk of your value "disappear", especially when you believe it will be worth at least 43-44p next Feb!!!!

Just tried to buy another 400,000 hoping to get for under 3p, Price offered 3.29p, far from under 3p yet. Usual MMs shenanigans

I take it the company (in this case Tomco) pay for these Proactive Investors pieces?? Ed Stacey was imo very deliberate in not mentioning Petroteq and consistently referred to the CORT as "chemical process".
I would guess they approached PQE to pay "for a mention" but were turned down??

I'm surprised the SP is heading back toward sub-3p with the AGM, (usually a degree of positive non-RNS type news) just a few days away.

With the bid listed here as 3.10p, I did a dummy buy on HL for around £10k worth but was quoted 3.24p. I'll hang fire unless it drops below 3p bid.

I'm no expert but my understanding is this;

think of the land as a many layered cake. One of the layers below the surface is made up of oil, the quantity and quality is to be assessed, hence the "sample wells". Once they have more info they will be able to quantify the value and ascertain the commercial viability of setting up and using production wells. The oil sands are basically where the the oil layers have seeped to the surface contaminating the sand in situ.

The PQE CORT process can separate the oil from the sand resulting in 2 marketable products and leaving behind a cleaner environment. However this system is costly to build although capex should be recovered in 18-24 months. The wells will simply pump the oil out. As this is a much more established process there are fewer unknowns and set up is likely to be much quicker.

Worth a listen DoN, looks like there's a bit of urgency from Valkor/Tomco in Utah. Be nice to hear of a connected licencing deal for MSAR too.

To continue the racing analogy in the first commercial deal stakes;
Morocco looking a bit one paced as Utah strikes the front. MSC and Mexico staying on from the rear but it looks like Utah may have it sewn-up???

We're told (in the RNS) that Greenfield have acquired 10% of TSHII 760 acres, which to me means Greenfield own 76 acres and TSHII retain 684 acres, over which Greenfield have an option to purchase for another $18m by Dec 2022.

Then we are told there is a newly formed subsidiary of Greenfield who have purchased a 10-year lease for 320 acres of the same 760 site. Do they mean the remaining 684 acres or is the new company leasing some of the land from the recently purchased 10% as well??

If it is possible to lease the land for "nominal" consideration and a tiny rent by giving up 12% of produce in royalty payment, why buy the 10% in the first place?
