As Hotfinance says Morocco trial expected to complete early Q4 2022. Although based on previous performance end October may be too optimistic. I hope the trials complete successfully by year end with a commercial contract agreed by end Q1 next year. On this potential outcome I would expect a 100% uplift but where will the SP be by then, 2p, 3p, higher?

I have prepared myself for delays on all projects and the MSC trial requires many moving parts to come together timeously. Utah, Mexico, South America etc further down the line. While all this sounds pessimistic, I might add I am more confident of commercial success than I have been for a very long time. Also. I have previously said I will start selling down my holding when we reach 4p but given the current outlook, I will be holding all beyond that price now. GLA

Not sure of the volumes and profits that would be generated from the Moroccan client but I have a hunch it would more than cover the normal gross business expenditure, which would basically de-risk investment going forward. At a minimum I would be looking for a 100%+ immediate rise with additional SP growth in the days following.

Future industrial clients, refinery clients, shipping clients all potentially to come in future could mean the sky's the limit and who knows what price the SP might climb to. My own feeling is, with reasonable progress, the SP will be 10p+ this time next year. At that point I would be surprised if there is not a tasty buy-out offer from a major player, which could be needed to upscale to the volumes required??

We were originally to be paid £100,000 for the Morocco Industrial trial. Not sure of the numbers agreed now but this and production of fuel for the MSC trials should produce some additional cash inflows, unless of course the fuel is being provided at cost, which I doubt??

It will also reduce the capex requirement and extend the cash runway allowing other projects to come to fruition.

Hopefully not for the trials as Utah oil production unlikely to be in place by then?

Maybe he meant on a longer-term basis, (once trials concluded), as Utah (MSAR) could supply vessels without scrubbers fitted allowing more of the fleet to switch to MSAR/BioMSAR once successful trial concluded???

I remember seeing a recent video of a presentation to some Utah Licencing committee, (or other body) but cannot remember the company. Steve Byle was asked to interject to provide technical answers to the committee's questions and as part of his presentations, mentioned accessing the oil via several different techniques, dependent on where the bitumen was situated and its composition.

I got the impression they were going for the low hanging fruit first but wanted permissions to enable them to access as much oil as possible using the most suitable extraction source. Carbon capture was also mentioned as part of the positive benefits of their operations.

We know commercial success for QFI will result in a much bigger SP and the ridiculously low recent and current valuations (IMO) are down to one or both of the IIs aggressive selling in volumes much higher than usual traded in this stock.

While the recent IMC rhetoric was reassuring, it didn't really tell us much new, apart from the cash runway probably being 6 months longer than I anticipated. While this doesn't seem much, it could very well mean the difference between success and failure as commercial contracts for MSC and Utah could still be some way off.

Hopefully Morocco will come good in the shorter term and along with good progress updates on other projects, I expect a steady rise in the SP to more realistic levels. Landing the big fish (MSC contact) will be transformational for the company and no doubt us heavily committed LTSHs

Encouraging to see the rise didn't stall at 1.45p, where the (IIs) allegedly were selling, (at 50% haircut). Could be a sign they are either sold out, or happy to hold for further upward movement in future.

Usual pie in the sky future price speculation on here. More realistically, I will be happy to see 4p by year end/Q1 next year. If we can get to 10p by end 2023, that will more than do for me...

Typical AIM negative over-reaction to (no news). We've known Tomco are broke for some time and this drawdown makes little difference to the outcome.

Either you believe they will be successful, in which case the SP is a huge bargain, or conversely believe they will fail, in which case you should not be invested. These debts could end up being completely negligible if expected future revenues are achieved.

While this is obviously a crucial part of long-term feedstock supply strategy, it appears to me, the company are putting the cart before the horse. Given the "commerciality" of the company is dependent on the actions of potential customers, we may not have a "long-term" to strategise for!!

Here's a question for the BoD;

"Given the cash runway is due to run out sometime between Q2 and Q3 next year, (possibly earlier) with Institutional Investors having had their fingers burnt and LTSH in the main "had enough", in the continued absence of commercial contracts or income in place how do the BoD expect to finance the company in 2023 and beyond"

This is turning into a very expensive science experiment!!!!

Were it not for the support and involvement of Valkor and Steve Byle, I would have given up on Tomco long ago.

I've never understood why QFI haven't built a minor MSAR producing unit, (larger than the research facility), then actively looked for local customers to trial the fuels on a small but commercial basis. Small power generating units or even larger scale heating units could have been fed using (discounted) MSAR and BioMSAR just to get the ball rolling, with proof on concept history and dare I say INCOME ££££.

Surely much easier to sell something that has proven to be working on a mid/long-term basis???
