Ian Hallet 20% Canccord Genuity Group PLC 8.87% City & Claremont Capital Assets Ltd 15.75%. BOD 4% That is nearly 50% of company taken out of Free Float. Looks good and Ian Hallett wants more.

BOD confident that by the full year (31 March 2018) the outcome of a handful of current pitches for quarter 4 of that year, the Board hopes that the Company will deliver a consolidated full year profit at EBITDA level for the first time.

Full year results - may not be published until later in year. But maybe soonet if as good as expected. Hope to announce first profits.

Ready for what I see as strong financials in March. That coupled with IH taking a 20% stake. May take a larger stake on news.

All I am saying is why have Winterflood sold? It is not like they have been funding EDG. So can't see it rising just because they have finished. It will only rise if EDG have something fruitful for the market.

Lets keep our feet on the ground please - It will only rise if there is something to make it rise and not just seller gone. Check out PREM - Thet were stuck with Darwin and when they had gone absolutely nothing happened to SP. Lets have facrs please.

Have always had EDG in my live price view. I understand that EDG have a great resource portfolio and that they have managed to get cost under control. However with POO at the price it is then EDG have been up against it for some time. There was some promise of additional resource purchase, but this never materialised. My view at the moment is that they have a great resource and need further backing/jv/takeover. I am keeping close eye on this with those points in mind.

I said I would not entertain this again, but keeing my eye on it. 950k bought yesterday in two chunks so someone is very interested.

But be careful - Investment company has pulled away from EDG and they are having to constantly renegotiate bank loans. Can't see any development or expansion without a takeover. Hope it all works out for you but I ain't risking it again here.

Good news in one respect. But the investment strategy and funding statement is devastating for EDG. Really can't see how they will get out of it. Not looking good at all imo.
