I'm staying put! Might have to wait a while but the SP is going north!

From 0.69 im March. Lots of high transaction sells - We presume it was Baron. For me this is the bad news out of the way (of which some was unforseen). MM's will have their day today but in my view the sp is now free to rise. Money is needed as stated - but I hope the dilution will be at a much higher sp. Did I think this would happen - No! but I will let this play out as I don't believe AP has made a bad decision so far.

An exampleof how purchases would be funded Eureka - Transaction structured to be non-dilutive to Vast shareholders - finance for the acquisition provided directly through a loan to Dallaglio (the 'Loan') via a loan agreement with SSGI ('Loan Agreement') repayable in 24 equal monthly instalments - and finance for the Delta Gold creditors expected to be provided from cash flow from the Pickstone Peerless mine.

I can't believe that Baron would sell on the possible acquisition of an asset,imo that would be madness considering the purchase of Eureka at a knock down price. Please also listen to the previous podcasts where AP states that any funding with dilution will be kept to last resort.

Agreed, not sure what the helll is going on here. FUnding from one of the largest miners in the world, two revenue streams, additional mine added Eurek, BP update. PP creaming the profits and AP at the helm. MIND boggled!!

AP not to be under estimated. Sensitive subject but Zim is coming round and the MOU with BOD could be far reaching. GLA
