According to TW's figures, together, the BOD and PIs own at least 58% of the company. That's a sizeable majority with a common ambition for the company, which should be a good defence against the shenanigans and game players.
All we have to do now is hold tight and wait for the experts to tie up the loose ends.

cj62, Thanks for your response to my thoughts on manipulation. Your view of how the share price will fare once the deal is done and all the facts known was very reassuring.
My thanks also, to the many members who are willing to share their wealth of knowledge with the less experienced investors, like myself.
What can I say, ''Rums All Round'' ? GLA, W.
The share price should make a bit more sense once the dividend is announced, but after it has been paid what is to stop the manipulation becoming a long term game? B/R etc seem to have claimed this as their own money printing machine. In time I suppose they will want to realise their gains and allow the sp to represent EUA's true value, but until then ?
Despite the above, I accept that AIM is how it is and am looking forward to a good outcome for us all.
oimo, gla.
Judging by my dealing record, selling out of EUA now would trigger an instant fanfare for the announcement of a Ā£5 per share sale.
EUA has taught me a lot about patience and as long as the directors are hanging on to their shares, I'm (reasonably) relaxed about the wait.

''..with all this we should have had our hand bitten off but it doesnt feel like it.''
Dore, the analogy which your post brings to mind is that the minute to minute share price graph looks like a chained Rottweiler, lunging, trying very hard to bite your hand off - but being beaten back with BR's big stick.
Whatever is going on in the background, I'm confident that it is good news and without artificial restraint, this share would soar.

As an investor with Ā£5K's worth of shares, I was looking forward to news from today's AGM. For me, the lack of interest in confirming to share holders that the agm is even going ahead does not bode well. Even my ''mindless optimism'' is struggling with this one, but good luck to all invested, let's hope for the best. W
The BoD referring to us as members rather than shareholders is an interesting and encouraging development. It is as if we were backers of a scheme which has now come good and our status, as a result, has changed.
Perhaps I am reading too much into it, but the RNSs are skilfully crafted to be interpreted without showing their hand and the new inclusive noun may be significant - not to say, Massive !
IMHO the bod have been very skilful in providing investors with as much information about the sale as possible, while protecting their negotiating hand.
With all the info available, It's now down to whether or not we have faith in our own judgement and investment choices. If I harboured the doubts that some have expressed on this board, I wouldn't be risking my hard earned.
As it is, I'm in 'til the end and confident that my losses will be made good.

Hi Pewee, good to hear that NS&I worked well for you. My problems were of my own making. Forgetting a ten year old password and having call guard on my phone really messed up the system, but 12 days on, hoping for cash to arrive within the next couple of days.
NB; Thanks to lenoman and other unacknowledged good will messages over last week. Didn't want to clog the bb, but all sentiments much appreciated.
Getting exciting now, GLA W.
I'm with you on that one Mac, Any delay is welcome until NS&I get round to depositing cashed in premium bonds for the last, final, ultimate top up. Thought I'd missed the boat, but let off on Friday. If they can hang on 'til Tuesday (or later) with the the rns, I'll be a happy mth.
