RE: Potential SP30 Jun 2019 15:43
Ok so I see alot of the $1.7b NPV being used, can we all start to move onto where this SP is likely to be now & expectations going forward.
@47p MV = £65m.
Stage 1
17,500 tonnes @ $11,000 less Production Costs $4,000 = $7,000 =Annual Gross Profit $122m.
Stage 2
35,000tonnes @ $7,000 = Annual GP $245m.
Obviously considerable costs will need to be accounted for below the line (of which none of us will yet know an accurate build up) (inc tax - tho I would imagine some losses b/fwd & substantial capital allowances would assist in the initial years)
Valuing a company.
On a NET profit generating basis.
On a reserves in the ground basis.
On a potential dividend basis.
All could give wildly different values, thoughts on this folks maybe highly useful before the Monday carnage.
