Besides this SP is bouncing around like a bag of frogs, so no need to ramp/de-ramp, all you got to do is pick the price you want & take your chances atm.

By the time ive finished typing this I could be up 10% or down 10%.

I slightly gutted that on the drop I stropped off to have my lunch (but at least didn't sell). By the time my mood had improved I could only buy at 2.59p but I again bought & am happy now.

Really need to work on my attitude to this game a little - but at least my instincts feel intact :)

Issue for traders is the carn't buy.

Any sells in the hope of a drop, mean nothing if you carn't buy back in - dread to think how far you could get left behind on this.

I thought Prem was the risky share lol.

Its tempting to sell just to get some distance from this MM's manipulated to death share.

I am fairly certain all these games this last 2 weeks will have a knock on effect now, even when the news we are all after actually arrives - this share will have lost some support base after all these games (& may now not reach the highs it couldve done before)

However ill hold as I feel the need to gain profit from the pain of the last few days.

If it wasn't going to happen - then the SP would be already marching lower - thanks to the MMs etc..

No someone is buying all the bargins up, as usual on every drop.

Always buy Vast shares at around 4pm ish as good prices - feel free to sell at leisure & re top up.

Also no contagion, ie PREM, BOD didn't drop.

Finally just like yesturday we had the 10m sell, followed by a rash of panick sells but in amongst it all large hoover buys.

Maybe, but Prem looks to be dropping atm - so maybe deriskers heading our way.

I think they thought it was a high concern, so much so they protected themselves from any such dilution in the agreement (& in doing so passed on even higher risk to shareholders) - so they are not at all bothered if additional funds are required from shareholders - as it wont effect them.

Anyway i will not comment further, & just stick this share on the watchlist till the financing is more clear.

Whilst I agree this maybe one of the most exciting projects going forward which is likely to be very profitable, that point in time is some distance away.

The major risk is & has always been the financing of the project & in particular dilution of share requirements.

This issue is only more highlighted by Ganfangs protections built into the contract that they wont get diluted no matter what happens going forward (the fact that they are protecting themselves from such issues mean they are real & present).

The share price pumped on all the deal signing & was always going to drop(go flat) on financing risk.

Not to mention on such a large projects how often do we see overruns, budgets blown etc..& in this case everytime it happens all shareholders will sell (cause any extra financing has a good chance to head our way).

So yep I see a flatline for sometime, at least until the threat of a dilution diminishes.

The only real risk on the table - that of a no sale, seems less likely imo..

The only way is up, not a bad (risk off) share to be in atm...

Can any one just firm this up for me.

Lets say an acceptable offer arrives in $ in the next few weeks e.g 2 weeks from now.

How long roughly would it take for the cash to arrive in our trading accounts, & if the price is agreed in dollars (which I would expect & hope for) I presume a conversion to £ would only happen on the day it gets paid out as cash.

What I am trying to ask is who bears the exchange risk as an accepted offer & cash pay out must have timing issues(given Brexit £ devaluation all over the company sale period) will it be the buyer, Amerisur, or us the investor.

If you were trying to get the 30% on the cheap isnt this exactly the sort of pace you would be developing this site (all in the hopes of putting off/getting cheaper the 30%).

I reckon they will only ramp up when they own the whole thing.

Pressure ought to be applied by local government, newspaper, local workforce to develope this site much quicker in the national interest as I have said before.

In addition. We are all far more cival than you PAL.
