What I find most encouraging is that in the month Ive been invested in this share, I have not seen a single shred of evidence which disproves our multibag theory - all those de-rampers had not one supportable/relevent article which backed their claims up (only hot air drival designed to manipulate the share price to their own short term advantage) not a single negative.

Im still running scared on a large special divi - really dont want the Income Tax adjustment.

I hope there is time between a theoretical asset sale & a special dividend announcement, then I can tax plan how much CGT vs IHT I take buy selling a few.

Well there must be a decent support around the 3.4p mark as for the last 3 days we have been in this area.

Most trader sellers will only come out of the woodwork prolly 10% up from here (say 3.7/3.75), so would say thats the next push.

Dont what the 3.5p sellers are upto its unlikely enough being sold to test the 3.4p level (therefore they wont get a cheap re-buy) - so I assume its MM's changing tactics or the odd warrants cashing in profits.

My huge % is based on once this pays out big - I can walk away from AIM altogether (just imagine all those ****ty stocks that wont get my money :) & therefore be fully de-risked.

Well the marked spread is .20 higher than ever i remember.

The sell price of 3.30p is a lie - 3.41p last test check on 700,000 shares.

Seems they dont want us buying.

Well they didn't look to get much from the early dip, maybe they will try to free some in the High :)

I believe they said all other (non sale) projects were fully funded - therefore spare cash would mainly head out as a special dividend.

Also a new director linked to sorting the deal would not get a salary & only shares which could be linked to either the dividend or share growth potential (I wonder if they will get taken to court for none payment of minimum wage :)

My issue with Sam is he believes what Rob spouts, even if you could believe anyone (which you carn't) why ask Rob when he has sold &what to buy.

Yes the guy will tell you , 5 min after he has moved all his money on that pattern, all you are doing is helping him make money - its like an awful pryamid scheme - if we all did that only Rob wins money whilst slowest finger funds it all. Awful strategy/advice.

Not only that Rob just picks his investments off the biggest riser of the day board near enough - which then puts you in competition with lots of Rob characters - all playing fastest finger wins game.

Given the range of investments on that basis it is rediculous that anyone could research in any depth, I mean Vast, Koovs, Prem, EUA etc.....all they have in common is boom busts in recent weeks - by all means us the riser board to identify a good investment, but at that point RESEARCH before investing & get a feel for BOOM/BUST or fundimental.

Then act on it & not before.

Lol Koov's who in their right mind would - 1 year left in cash flow, never made a profit, back to the old tactic of not buying stock to save money, & pretty soon no chance to advertise - all that coupled with the most awful BOD on aim.

Talk about risk, makes an investment here look like a dead cert.

SIPP & ISA are safe from all taxes (Income & CGT) well until I draw down the SIPP - so they arn't an issue.

As far as I know the S&S can be hit for all taxes.

CGT only an issue when you sell tho.

Dividends I believe an issue straight away & should be declared as additional income - £2k covered by annual allowance. Basic rate Dividend tax 7.5% (no to bad) but higher rate 32% ouchy.

Got 618,000 of these shares in my S&S trading account (ISA / SIPP full atm) getting a little worried about large dividend tipping me into High Rate tax (not bothered about CGT as historical losses & annual exemption sufficent to mop up hopefully), I suppose I can just tell my work to stop paying a salary till 5/4/2020 & put it as salary sacrifice into my SIPP & live off the divy.

Just glad I topped up by £65k when i did, whilst always a chance of a drop its only MM games, the company have given no reasons for concern - which is far more compelling.

Yep - maybe we hit the MM's from an unexpected Buying angle this morning & threw them off there morning drop game :)
