Yep, horrible BOD (Id given them the benifit of the doubt-for being deal makers) but no 19p offer is awful, even if a bidding war erupts or counter bids come out of the woodwork, the bae has been set at 19p now.

Thought I would have better chances here now, the potential is far greater (& thankfully im out of oil investments now - tho I know this is also linked to the petrol/diesel car market - but at least the product they are selling is in demand)

Odd I bought £65k worth this morning @3.2p (Funds released from Amerisur - what a fail takeover that is panning out to be) - hopefully not a repeat here, though already the BOD have shown far more openness, & care for all stakeholders than I witnessed over there in 2 years.

All those saying this Warrant stuff is a scam designed to entrap PI's, please bear in mind the company has just basically enforced a Warrant sale on all its own staff whether they wanted to or not.

If this turned out to be a scam, I dont think the staff would be very impressed with there employer at all, & I would imagine it would cause massive disruption to the business going forward.

Ie.... its far far more likely the directors are seeking to bring ALL parties along with them for the ride, rather than trash their company & sail off into the sunset.

Couldn't that statement be said on every other share that has ever bagged on AIM.

Most not aware, some not believing, some scared by the MM games, some dont like volitile stocks - I am sure the list is endless.

Last I was aware of no one was trading these shares, due to no one selling.

I wouldn't put it past certain brokers to change there stance in order to free up the shares a little.

Why do all the ****roaches come out everytime the SP dips - because they want in lower, simples.

What I like is the no salary being paid to this chap.

He gets shares only.

So his income will not increase no matter how long the process lasts - therefore its in his interest to accelerate vs delay.
