My Moss Side experience (back in the day)

My mate driving, one girl & 3 blokes (me inc) in car - got lost & ran low on petrol, got out to fill up, approximately 20 younger lads were drifting across an adjacient field to the petrol station in 3s & 4s, the first batch approached us, as we finished filling up, threatened us all with screw drivers/crowbars to hand over the car & the girl.

Fortunately only the first group of 3 were around us, after a very brief scuffle, we all piled into the car & legged it before the main group arrived - couldve been very nasty.

Having a joint, watching fire breathers at Cafe De Mar, whilst my disapproving wife, 3 yr old daughter & 2 yr old son look on aint sounding to hot lol.

Another Hacienda member here (had a nasty trip home one time got lost in Mosside), alongside many a trip to Ibiza - perhaps this is why im so miserable now - the best days are gone :( (well till this baby pays off :)

I never go away (well till sale) just goin a little more low key, my bot fly repellent skills seem less needed around these parts.

All my shares today are getting PME's EUA, OMI, UFO - all decently in the blue & the sun is out - its getting tough to be a miserable sod I tell ya.

Incidentally the daily traders here must lose out overall, all the decent price effecting RNS's seem to drop after hours/early morning so only holders gain in the long run (I think EUA do it on purpose)

As a current auditor the concept of fair value vs historic cost appears to have passed them buy.

That said what auditor would risk putting a materially wrong fair value figure on this (then await the obvious recriminations from the seller/buyer) they will always protect there own ass first - so hitoric or other expert opinions relied upon & no comeback.

Nice metal fair wind behind us today as well - ill prep my boarding parties, heave ho.

It's bin a thrilling ride with major downs & ups, I'd just like to say despite many a cross word ( my style hasn't always been appreciated - for which I apologise) with various posters it's on the whole been a blast.

I wish us all a speedy & fruitfull conclusion (to think we did all this under the shadow of covid as well)

I think many may have sold based on the interim being more likely about trading activities vs sales info.

Given eua are fairly untested in mining vs other activities it's a reasonable bet the interim results wouldn't keep up with the hype.

However here is where our bod play their hand with the nudge nudge wink wink tactics they are so good at.

Drop in the solicitors etc..& hype turns to reality.

Can these farts quibbling the revenue figures sod off & go watch an episode of gold rush.

Most would on viewing such a show would learn some basics for example top soil removal to get to pay dirt...buying equipment during the season = it's not there at the start = lower productivity etc.....

The immediate value in this share has always been about THE SALE & this rns is a massive de-risk on that objective.

If we all won't a laugh we ought to dig up our old price prediction list from suspension & think how lucky we have all been (think I had 20p so screw that let the dreams begin)

The big attractions for me (apart from the assets) were the body - esp when they had directors being financed by other directors share pools vs dilution ( how fantastic is that) bear in mind amerisur were giving shares to themselves willy nilly at the time & making jam tomorrow statements whilst buttering the bod's sandwich only.

Cross ramping found me in the meir of an amerisur awful sale, so I was on the hunt for an out. When I poked my head into eua & researched it is immediately liquidated half my oil stock piled in at 1.56p by the time the sp = 3p I was all in.

If amerisur sale had concluded slightly quicker I'd have bn 100% at 1.56p (I really really hate amerisur )

I gave up & let HL do it for me 20k share at 17.5p is the best they got :(

Incidentally I did post at the weekend that I hope the BOD watch what the MM's are up to ALOT more closely (I know absolutly know one was interested) well today they ought to see the MM's in atempting to sort out JUB at mates rates can & have been doin far more damage to SP than shorters ever did.

That's it, you have seen all the jub capital crap, even the shorters couldn't massarge the SP as much as the MM'S could in fitting up the after effects of jub collapse.

What ever deal you decide to go with don't let the MM parasites get in you're way to get all our value.
