Hasiba I would feel more confident if we had support from the big boys... GR previously went through 1m and never completed the civils or ordered the insert for the float section!! we now have a 4-5 delay before that's completed.

Reality check... after this morning RNS it's clear Canmax and Glencore don't intend to invest any money into Zulu unless the plant can produce at grade and quantity.

At the last EGM George said he would need to raise 3.5m to get the plant into production... so expect a call for an EGM to raise the other 2m.

My first thought after the interview was he is going to raise, then I thought why would Canmax have oversight over PREMs finances are they willing to loan PREM to get into production on the provisory they have an LOI.

Can't believe that the SP is still so low... this is a massive endorsement from one of the world's top 10 biggest mining company's, last year when the was much higher we could only dream about such an RNS.

The Circum RNS is a non event and doesn't have any affect on Zulu... Regards legal cost we only held 5% so 95% would be covered by the other shareholders in Circum.

Is it really worth doing a 5% trade when a LOI could land at any time... and yes GR has been constrained financially until the money owed to Canmax is paid in full, just like he will be side lined when the JV takes over on site.

Steward I don't think Canmax are forcing a JV on him just yet, he has 30 days to come up with a LOI from any other interested parties but that will be subject to Canmax approval.

I agree 0.5p would be achievable when the plant is producing and could be more with expansion but we do need to see the price of Sc6 moving.

As always people will have their own interpretation on the RNS but when you look at the terms and conditions GRs hands are tied, he can't make major decisions without Canmax agreement.

George is still at the helm but Canmax are steering the ship something we should all be grateful for they have avoided us hitting the rocks.

Agreed but don't agree about going bust.. Canmax didn't have to extend they could have just let PREM go bust and take Zulu in lieu of debt, it's obvious Canmax don't want PREM to go bust.

GR has form!! in a situation like this when PREM needs cash he wouldn't hang about and would call an AGM... The fact he has not, suggest to me we will get a LOI sooner than later.
