GR is going to negotiate with an offtake partner for the tantalum so he shouldn't need to raise funds for that.

I would be surprised if it's been paid for in installments with the remainder paid in full after it's proven to produce what it should.

Canmax have always had the option to convert some or all the interest,the fact they have chosen to do so can only be seen as positive.

it also suggests to me GR isn't going to raise again below 0.012

But we will see... my take on today's is he probably isn't going to raise or consolidate until after the test run is completed.
