I will always refer to the original agreement why wouldn't I PREM has not received any legal content from canmax other than a statement on the Chinese stock market.

No court would ever go down the liquidation root if PREM can fullfil it obligation to supply canmax and repay the debt... In the original agreement PREM had up to 3 years to clear that debt.
