GR never mentioned what would happen if the debt is paid off that was in the agreement in case of buy out offer came in but under the agreement canmax had first refusal.

Laverda if the 35mill is paid back to canmax they have to negotiate a new offtake agreement... If canmax reduce the amount of shares in PREM it reduces the amount of Sc6 they are entitled to.

Like I said yesterday if no deal with canmax by the time we produce Sc6, other interested parties will be all over PREM.
