PeePee - there’s a whole raft of my questions you haven’t answered but I’m going to add more for you:

1). Why are you purchasing research to bash a company you are not invested in?

2) what shares do you actually own considering you have this close telephone relationship with your broker?

3) how can you comment on Shein’s market share when you don’t even know what their turnover is, let alone have access to a segmental analysis by region?

If you could get back to me on these, my other questions on Shein, my questions on the Jersey regulations and AIM rules and also what you meant when you cash aspersions which appear unwarranted on the RevB CEO.

Unemployment is low. It's not as bad out there as the media would have you think. Maybe for the very poorest where 20% on a pint of milk might have a greater effect.

Sorry PeePee this just won't cut it. You don't know the individual circumstances around those companies. They might be all part of a group so when you leave one you leave all. On aggrieved shareholder at one large company .... stop the press ...

Hexam - imagine being in that CW finance department. All the extra work they must be doing for the C11, the forecasts, bids, accounts to come out, all while not knowing if you'll have a job at the end of next month.

Must be horrible.

Waffen - what information is being withheld out of interest? I would argue there is a tonne more information in the dockets, plans, forecast, etc, then you would usually get if you know what you are looking at.

Also, this point about the most recent account being the first steps in a valuation isn't the case. Quite often the release of the accounts only validate how close the valuations actually are. I would argue that investing and valuing go hand in hand are you are looking into the future, not the past.

This is what I was saying to you before about the hare not the tortoise.

They are not due till end of June.

Even then I dont know if the chapter eleven affects this date.

A short few posts ago you were suggesting CW is undervalued. If you can explain to me how you have come to this judgement it would be much appreciated.

You also questioned why institutions are not making more noise. If you did your research you would know they all bailed out just before C11.

You also asked how CW are fairing performance wise, oblivious to the numerous monthly operating reports that are issued on a monthly basis.

You suggest I’ve lost credibility. I would put it to you Sir that you haven’t got a clue what you are doing or why you are invested here.

Hi Okehurst - I don't think they do have a say, they certainly haven't got a place on the board anymore and they dont have a controlling stake from a SH perspective either. I think a deal will need to be done where they alleviate themselves of their holding.

Lots of AIM companies have going concern statement's in their accounts. It's par for the course with small caps who need to continually go through rounds of fundraising.

I don't see this as an issue regarding them relisting. They just need to bring the reporting up to date.

Okehurst - with all due respect you are talking a lot of nonsense here. RevB are not required to produce audited accounts until the end of August 2023, being six months after the year end date.

The AIM cannot hold RevB to a higher standard than what would be required if they were not suspended. RevB simply have to bring their reporting up to date which they are doing. They even say so much in the annual report.

AIM allow companies to release unaudited accounts at the half year interval. RevB have now fully disclosed what has happened and what measures they are taking to address the previous problems. The report has also been ratified by the auditors. The going concern statement in those accounts is also out of date because twelve months has already passed since the year end.

The liabilities in the net current assets are anything due under twelve months with everything else going into the long term liabilities. So the net current assets are all the amounts owed to and from the company in the short term. So this comment above doesn't make sense.

Also with regards to the covenants a new set has been agreed with the banks and the first test is due at the end of May. The accounts also confirm that at the date of the accounts being signed off the company has liquidity of £11m so I'm not too sure why you are so certain there will be a raise. Especially given the likelihood that the deferred consideration for the Medichem purchase will be reduced one would think.

I'm not saying there won't be a raise in the future, just that there doesn't seem to be the need for one now. Basically we need the interims now so we can assess what is going on and whether it has had any long lasting impact.

Maid - what are you talking about? The lenders are not giving $4.5bn, that's the amount they are having to write off in this sorry mess.

At least make an effort to get your facts straight.
