You need to value and discount the future cash flows, which is difficult due to the volatility.

Trying to calculate the asset values is arbitrary as any potential purchaser would pay over the book value, ie. the goodwill, to acquire the sum of the parts.

No one wants to wants to engage you (admittedly some can’t) due to the way you post which gets people back ups.

You’re usually obsessing over who your latest quarrel is with be it the ragtradefella or now this richie chap, like some scorned lover.

Dan - I thought you were an accountant. If so you should know that there’s more than one way to value a business and no one way is right or wrong.

All these analysts that use ‘sophisticated’ DCF models are more often than not wrong in their predictions because it assumes the market is rational, which is not.
