Harchris - I think you’ve touched on a great point there re CEO communication. I’ve got shares where you barely here from the executive team like TED, 888 and SNG and the only feed you get from them is the occasional RNS.

I think some of the modern CEO/executives engage too much and maybe PW has fallen into that bracket. I’m thinking the like of AZ at Syme, Dr Dave at RMS. in my book constant communication raises expecting amongst PIs, usually to an unrealistic level, and whatever happens next will be over promising and under delivery, plus bakes in all the news into the price upfront.

It’s the remuneration committee that decide on directors pay which should have or use to require 50% non executive membership. It they are paid that money then it’s good for shareholders because they’ve smashed their targets. The market value will be £7.5bn.

Pretty much every PLC pays its directors on performance. It’s called goal congruence and has proven to be the best way to incentivise management and employees to preform well and add shareholder value.

Yes those funds have a wide portfolio but 10% holding is not a insignificant or peacemeal stake. It’s a vote of confidence - these guys are investing for the long term - 5 years minimum. They are not worried about inflation or anything happening today.

Being a data centre Argo can’t be very labour intensive I would have though.

The board have done loads to address the CSR issues including an independent review by a well respected QC of which all recommendation were accepted, hiring Lord Leverson to oversee the ‘agenda for change’ program. We’ve had a root and branch audit of our entire supply chain, including building facilities to bring manufacturing in-house and under our control.

One of our biggest holders T Rowe is a institutional investor and they have added to their holding. Many instis are not adding to equity positions at the moment because of the macro.

While you might be good at digging up old links and copy and pasting I haven’t seen any evidence of your actually understanding the content. It appears your deramping is just as poor as your ramping.
