just a conspiracy theory ... what if the financing is already almost fixed and delaying contract signing by some more weeks (knowing that KNDC desperately needs the money and have to sell their holdings and depress SP) would give the new investor the chance to buy (collect) cheap shares?
I´m wondering that we have seen no RNS regarding acquisition of shares / new holding in company yet - who has bought all the BR and KDNC shares ?? ... only small and private investors ? I don´t think so ...

I´m wondering why nobody wants (tries) to buy the whole share package from KDNC??
they desperately needs the cash and current valuation is a shame ...

- if there is no financial support from Mexico possible ... e.g. ministry of mining / economy
- if they have thought about a smaller plant (for the existing finance package) which generates a positive cash flow and then to "duplicate" / mutliply the plant ("unit") step by step ?
- the Sonora resource is so huge - why do not sell a part to another company and / or start some kind of cooperation / JV

IMO there are a lot of margin call sales too ... even a small the leverage will make problems when have bought at much higher SP ... I see (feel) the effect on my account too ...

all of them are rising, ALB, SQM, ORE, PLS, GXY... some of them are already making new higher highs & higher lows -> start of new trend. IMO we´ve seen the bottom + next uptrend has already started ... the most promising junior projects will follow soon ...

the mood is changing ... in the last 2 days ORE also gained +14% ...
-> investments in Li - Companies already in production, "earlier stage companies" will follow soon, best companies first ...

hmm... the "big ones" (ALB, SQM, LAC) shows some signs of relative strength ... maybe the first sign for recovery (-> quality stocks) and that we are near the Lithium "bottom" ...

they can´t "park" it ... otherwise they will loose it in Q3/19 ... the have to finish PFS and then make a spin-off ASAP
I suggest that they should start offensive marketing ... e.g. by posting on site pics of progress from Sonora project to show that this company is no fake company and that the project(s) are REAL and have REAL value ... or invite (frustrated) shareholders to a shareholder call ... BUT is there any recognizable progress at all ? or just a lot of "paperwork" and feeding banks with cash ?

Meanwhile they can write a worst practise book ...

completely different project and chemical process (hard rock - soft rock) ... just a stupid overraction - a clear statement from Bacanora is required ...

this stock is pure nightmare for every investor .... so sad

IMO the 2 * 100k Block sales @20.50p was panic sells because of Nemaskas (nmx.to) need for more project financing and the following sell off (- 35% @closing ...) ... but keep in mind that at current SP ...
NMX: MC = 228,67M us$ = 6 times (!) MC of BCN (project size appr. 2x BCN)
BCN: MC = 37,38M us$ (but with ZINNWALD !!)

unfortunately again without Bacanora because of missing information ...

their ostrich-like policy ist poison for shareholders confidence in management and even their projects ...

... would be interesting to see who buys all these shares (BR & KDNC) ....

thas very positive development as it will define a "value" for the Zinnwald project.
IMO Bacanora will try to get partial financing for Sonera project from their proposed Zinnwald Spin off.

everybody now waits for news regarding project financing ... after that the price will move as much more and faster ...
