yesterday & today ... all orders no further large investor sells - it would not only be easy to sell their shares today to also very silly ... that´s why this selling has ended ...
with this new situation price could easily come back to 70-100p range in a very short time as there is
a.) a very low float and
b.) stopped institutional investor selling and
c.) other potential cornerstone investors (I´m sure there are some more ...) are forced to act now if they wants a "piece of the cake" ...

Entered some Lim-orders in Germany @ask price ... don´t get the shares !! only increases prices ... very strong ...

at least it´s a rumor via Reuters .. .should have a little bit more significance than an anonymous post on twitter -)

@ current valuation and with this huge resource BCN would be a perfect takeover candidate ... even when buying @ the 52wk high price ...

even with todays rise and consideration of all the financing issues .... BCN is still massive undervalued ... SP is a shame for a project and these huge Li - resources ...

SP = expectation = probability of success + confidence in project(s) / company
confidence = known knowledge

BCN has to convince shareholders that the Sonora project (and the company itself !!) is REAL and that they they bust a gut to bring it into production ... and that needs an iron will - everything is possible if you REALLY want it - and a lot of PRO - ACTIVE marketing, informations, project updates, on site pics on twitter, fb and co. etc ...
I´m afraid PS is the wrong man for this challenge ...

why is there no trading hold ????

if the rumor is true why is there no trading halt ?
we must be close to a pending RNS ?!?

IMO 15p will be the low ...btw I expect a trading halt after and RNS regarding financing ... if they can conjure up financing w/o issuance of new shares (e.g. JV, credit loan by existing or new investors / investor consortium or Mexican Gvmt. ... ) SP will multiply immediately ... and corner all shorts ...

hmm ... whats a (the) "fair" value of BCN e.g. if someone wants to buy the company or makes a takeover offer ?

one yould ask .. WHY sell (@/near bid price) @ this low SP ? -> margin call / panic, financial difficulties / despair, down trend, missing confidence, insider information ...

but the more important question is .. WHY is no one buying @ this low SP (buy @/near ask) ?? what´s wrong? Everybody waiting for the white knight with pockets full of money ???

this questions the supervisory board too ... instead of keeping focus on their main project Sonora they are feeding consultants, banks and advisors (company relocation etc...), burning cash on Zinnwald exploration with option to loose it (is this project really necessary? whats the benefit? they can start such "adventures" after having a positive cash flow from SALES) - and why don´t sell Magdalena Borates Project? they now would need a real "hardliner" to get Sonora to work... which now should be #1 priority !!

many many WHY´s ... I hope some day BCN disabuses me that I´m wrong with my personal opinion ...

What´s the intention to "update" BCN Company Presentation & Sonora Handout dates only (Feb.->Mar) ?

No statement regarding the disposals from BR and KDNC, No information regarding the SP and the miserable valuation and their efforts ... NOTHING .. expression of blank despair ???
I advice BCN to switch from REACTION to ACTION mode to convience the remaining shareholders and to avoid further SP devaluation !

IMO directors just need to show some confidence and buy some shares on the open market ...
why does this not happen ?? Either they do not believe in their company or there are serious negotiations (-> insider information) ...

... with all these institiutional investors and Hanwa onboard? to fool all of them ? I don´t think so ... but I´m waiting desperately for any hint regarding project financing too ... PATIENCE and CONFIDENCE is required ... although it´s very hard when getting no useful or convincing information -(
