same with me, very important for me was that 1.) Sonora is not clay but softrock and that they can use known and proven process for Li extraction and 2.) that market price for produced Li end-product from Zinnwald is appr. 20k per ton which is much higher than Li Carbonate or Li Hydroxid ...

IMO they will first issue FS for Zinnwald which values the project, then arrange a spun out / IPO and use this money for Sonora project financing too ...

from chart technical aspect the break (close above!) of 30p resistance is a clear and strong buy signal ... then you may never see lower prices again ...

hope we don´t have to wait till May 23rd for next piece of information ....

MAXIMUM -> they don´t HAVE to allot 500M shares ... I see this scenario only as "plan B" ...

hmm.. you ma be right ... So his company is in talks with investors too ? - no pilot plant, no proven chemical process to extract the lithium only the concession, and then an investment over 200M? woho do you thin have better chances to get an investment?

as long as we do not get a RNS or information from BCN SP will depend on general Li market mood which today has neg. bias because of weak qtrly. reports from ORE (-6.48%) and GXY (-11.6%)...

found this information ... changed credit rating based on latest business numbers for Deutsche Lithium ?!?
the latest business report itself is not non public - but i invested a small amount to get info about updated credit rating... it has best rating "good" - this is very positive as such credit ratings usually also itakes account of business outlook ...
