Mikets - I appreciated the article, not that I learnt a whole lot from it. I don’t think they’ll raise yet, my gut feel is they’ll look for additional options to raise funds after the SPV. I liked the update for GH, I just want more honesty on why it’s taking so long, must be because they need a new well and PVF can’t afford it All imo and a guess!

To me, that clearly states they are negotiating two priority deals not investigating!

Do you honestly think GHS/ NFL is priced into our SP? I personally think our only hope is investing again in the future if we pull something off via mfdevco. It needs a new well, Shoel Point can pluck away but I can’t see anything changing over there this year - we’d know by now! I would like a nice honest update saying this

Ying Tong. Regarding your post yesterday on Royal Eagle. I’ve dug into them a bit and you’re right, they have a non existent deal sheet, however that is slightly misleading and certainly encouraged SBP to jump on the negative band wagon! They are a very young company but have two very impressive founders, ALEJANDRO MENDEZ has over 20 years experience and what seems to be a successful career to date (Citi Bank, JP Morgan, LATAM capital partners). Anna is equally impressive more focussed on the operation aspects of the business. Just because the business is new with no deals to date, doesn’t mean they don’t boast an impressive background and have a very likely chance of success (not necessarily with Mfdevco but in general)
