I still havent received any information from my Broker, I know a couple of friends received theirs on Monday - have most people now?

My plan is to refrain from voting till the last possible chance (which i'm expecting to be midday on Wednesday next week, what are other holders planning on doing (mintedbynuog - please see I stated holders in that question)

There's a rumor circulating that an rns will land on Monday/ Tuesday next week, i'm personally not sure what to make of it, logically it would make sense but the other half of my brain says this is Nuog! I suppose it makes sense why traders are buying in again.

Are the BOD crazy enough to think the market will continue funding them or have they timed the agm as they know its come together and the petrofac rns was the last piece of the puzzle.

I'm sure the likes of marbour will try and slate this, either way, theres a case for either scenario that could happen next week!

I'm feeling a bit on the positive side, roll on next week.....

You know I’m with you on the alignment between the bod and investors (in terms of shares) Oddly, there only seem to be a handful of people that agree. I’ve had a few dm’s and two on here that would back it

The MMs are milking this doubt surrounding Nuog

To buy one million (went NT above that) i'm getting .242. To sell 5m i was quoted .201 - above 5m .198 (went NT after 9 million)

The more i read the RNS this week, the more I like it. I really still think its an opportunity to have some bargaining power but this will be a lot harder if news lands before the 9th (which i believe will happen or we're doomed)

I still think we need to push the idea on deferring salaries (or a percentage of salaries to shares (as per the example someone shared yesterday)

We need the bod to feel our pain in the bad times whilst reaping the reward when they do deliver. Currently, we're not aligned and that needs to change even if we get good news in the coming days.

To make this happen we need the mega holders (LT, McCadder) and a number of the medium holders to back this or we dont have a chance!

Well your post a bit earlier could be deemed as misleading as it doesn’t strictly specify its for the g2w project. You’ve made an assumption/ opinion there! It could be for another project away from G2W, as an example Brazil! (Which is unlikely imo but shows there’s more than just g2w!)

I don’t dispute that statement, they have been clear that the spv will fund this! However, yesterday’s rns doesn’t say anything about a placing to raise funds for the g2w projects so it’s safe to assume the money could be for something else. From the rns ‘In particular, it is envisaged future activities may require the issue of new shares without an open offer attached to allow the Board the flexibility to implement its strategy’

That sounds logical to me!

Cob - i've only met a couple of Nuog holders face to face and Sharelock is one of them.

We both live in the South East and played golf together last year and attended the Chelsea - Man Utd FA cup match earlier this year - for our sins, we're both Utd fans!

I have no reason to believe he works for the company, he's clearly a fan of the business and see's a lot of potential but he's in the same boat as the rest of us in terms of money he has lost!
