Major- according to the rns, it looks like they were informed yesterday!

Despite the Company's efforts to find a solution in accordance with the terms of the PSA, it received notice on 10 July 2019 that PVF submitted a Statement of Claim ("Claim") to the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador General Division on 26 June 2019 against Enegi for costs incurred by PVF in carrying out the work programme, claimed to be C$1,122,325.73.

A disputed situation was obvious with what GS said in the statement

I genuinely see this as a good thing for once. I was clear on my negative view of his statement but I like this and now see a glimpse of hope in GH, whereas yesterday it was written off in my mind for at least 3 years!

If there was ever a time for the BOD to buy some shares ...........

I see this as very good news tbh.

We are obviously turning the screw on Brian/ PVF, they have no money apparently and he’s obviously looking for a desperate attempt to protect himself as we’re putting pressure on him to cut the agreement, it shows what GS last week is true and we are looking for solutions in GH and PVF don’t like it.

The way the vote was put out I think they’ll probably win hands down. My broker was told it’s a non price sensitive GM with non price sensitive resolutions. How the hell has Simon been able to pull that one when releasing this. It’s 100% price sensitive and the written reply from my broker agrees and can’t understand why the recommendation was made for it not to be a ‘corporate action’ - in terms of how the information is passed to PIs via their broker.

It’s sooooooo obvious they’ve spoken with LT and McCadder and secured their votes and I’m not aware of many wasting a day with these twisted prats in Manchester

I think the statement by GS was there solution on keeping pi’s happy, so imo, no rns tomorrow but want to be wrong.

If they place at this level I’d say there is no deal on the cards.

Just give some evidence these negotiations are real! They must have to prove something to the nomad, it’s about time they showed the pi’s

For anyone who hasn't received their voting details for the GM.

I spoke with my broker this morning, basically they have not sent any corporate action documents as it was felt/ advised that the resolutions would not make a change on the share price and in these situations they dont put an action on the share holders account, you can still vote but this must be done manually via calling the broker.

Seems very odd, I explained the resolutions and the agent I spoke to said she was shocked as to why this has been advised!

I checked the website tracker this morning and the client section of the RMRI hasnt been updated since 2018
