Cobrakai - perhaps you should of read his post that promoted my reply! Posting information about my time of buying has nothing to do with him!
I have nothing against any profession and using the "customer service" snipe was low and apologies for any offence caused (it is something i regret saying), like your family member, I've also been in recruitment for a long time and I'm more than aware of the good guys and the bad guys and if you knew me, you'd know which category i fall in to!
I run and own an executive search company (sadly not a one man self employed consultant!) where our projects often take 3-12 months to complete due to the seniority and complexities of global recruitment within Oncology. The "self employed recruitment, with too much time on his hands" post couldn't be further from the truth! I average 60-80 hours working a week and often go for days without seeing my kids so I had to bite my tongue not to reply last night!
I agree with Knightrider, if you've decided to hold, we need to explore the positives whilst keeping our finger on the pulse in terms of anything dodgy going on in the background.
One concern I have is that (apparently) Alan continues to talk to PIs, wtf, surely there is something in his contract preventing this? Why is he doing this. I have stated many times how I feel about Alan and it was ultimately the reason I re loaded in NUOG as he was stepping down. I'm aware of the control he still seems to have over NUOG but speaking/ influencing PIs has to stop! He played the insiders now he's playing non insiders... This was the reason why I was keen to find out who advised Roy to buy before the placing as it would give me a good idea who it is thats talking to Alan!
Everyone (well at least 95% of holders) has lost money here and most holders are on edge and rightly so. The biggest short term hurdle is what happens with the OO. This is a huge embarrassment if it doesn't go to plan and sadly people saying a placing coming at a lower level in the months to come could be true unless they deliver something.
I'm not selling and not adding but will happily see what happens in the coming weeks and months
