Does anyone know if the 88m shares and the 0.005 placing will still go ahead if the SP is higher come the AGM. Is this a set in stone negotiation or a guide from the SP when the RNS was released on Tuesday?

I'm happy with the news overall purely on the fact Minty is finally out. The only part I'm not happy with is the 88m shares so I'd be keen to know if anyone has any views on this?

I agree Gary regarding the shell/ GH. That makes no sense and needs clearing up.

I received an email from him last week. It didn't say anything that we didn't already know.

Basically he said that they will stick with the strategy of updating the market as soon as they have news and that they all remain focused to deliver ......

Its clear (going off historic cash burn) that they surely cant be being paid, if this is the case, tell the market and give us a reason to remain hopeful.

We need some luck Bladderman as this silence is seriously deafening. I like many others have been in contact with Simon and they keep the stance of "we'll update the market when we have some solid news". We're beyond that and need some kind of reassurance that something tangible is going on in the background and they have a solution in place to pay the basic bills to keep us a float! Surely none of the BOD will be receiving a wage now? There cant be anything to pay them with!

The lack of whispers from Mfdevco is also odd. I truly hope we are not continuing to fund Alan!

The well is known to be an issue, it needs a new well, we increased the split with pvf for them to find the required funding to make it happen. It’s never happened so that tells me they couldn’t raise the funds and don’t have the money to do it alone!

Sorry Barry but someone on linked in saying they’re a off shore project manager doesn’t cut it! Exactly how much work are pvf currently doing on offshore Newfoundland??? I rest my case.

Regarding the finances, it’s been in a bad state (according to Canadian accounts, I haven’t checked this year!) and some guy who used to work with pvf said pvf had run out of money and Brian was skint (this was posted on here last year) about the same time as operations stopped!

Barry - give me some evidence that PVF / their owner is wealthy and secondly that they’re doing some proper work for SP!
