I was disappointed with the accounts at first glance this morning, but on the whole now, i am reasonably happy.

2020 will be a full year of a new business which is one of the most efficient miners in the world, i have estimated operating costs at £250,000 a month, so we should be able to predict profitability very easily.

The margin ARB reports includes depreciation of the machinery so bear that in mind if the margin begins to fall, they are adopting a 33% SL policy on the assets, which seems a little aggressive. Depreciation should be at £500k a month, based on £17 million fixed assets.

April update should be a good one and we should find out Monday/Tuesday next week..

For the 3 months ended 31st March 2020, i have net profit at £2.1 million.

Either way is good for me, a loan for a bigger order would mean a better purchase due to bulk ordering and a much earlier delivery date which would result in more income. My only slight concern is the unknown impact of halving, but based on the previous 2 times, a loan would be a more profitable option .

Even though i have previously posted that an one off dividend this year would be a good idea, after reading posts on here, i do believe increasing capacity is my preferred option.

Peter mentions taking revenue from the infrastructure and continuing to grow to maximise capacity in a smart way. i wouldnt be surprised if we see a steady order of 1,000 machines a month and using our existing profit to fund it, they have referred in previous RNS's that payback on the kit is very quick .

Harel - i am really struggling to understand why I3E informed the market on Friday, when they say their going to inform the market again by the end of the month, why inform us twice?
