I do think there are some highlights

Costs -Argo anticipates that its overall 2020 administrative costs will be materially reduced from the prior year
Interim - The 30 June 2020 report will be released on a timely basis, well within the statutory guidelines of 3 months.
Zcash - The Company’s equihash rigs equate to around 5% of the global network mining power of Zcash. Our Zcash mining operations currently represents around 20-25% of our total mining revenue and contribute to our monthly BTC equivalents and margins.
The Company ended the contract with Protos for asset management as of 1 June 2020.

Zcash is halving in November, i think.. but i do agree with you

Early_bird - i thought that a very balanced write up.

My personal opinion is that one of these 3 deals is going to be big, if you have a bank offering $100m finance, you are going to use it.

Just to repeat everyone else's thoughts, great rns, very good price and great timing..

I think we will see a lot of these purchases over the next 12 months, the RNS doesnt say the machines are brand new, so could have been from a distressed sale from other miners, who are now starting to off load their rigs.

In terms of a takeover , it could be on the cards, but unless an potential acquirer buys shares , i cant see the BOD accepting an offer.

The paypal link is now getting traction, if this is true, then BTC price will rocket in my opinion, to have a trusted safe brand offer bitcoin to the masses is just incredible. Lets hope its true and going to happen this year

good summary Harel, i want the BOD to release some great news, but have to be honest, i am less confident, i really thought we would have got news by the end of May.

Someone once wrote that the loan are due in 2022 or 2023 , if RRE or Resposol drag the sale out til then, I3E will hve no choice to take a bad offer.

Im still positive on the assets, but everything has gone quiet, not happy with the BOD

The rise in SP this morning, shows how quickly this share will increase once the seller does one, 10% increase on small volume.

June might turn out to be a breakeven month or a small loss, but for the rest of our competitors this will mean be a big loss and them potentially turning their machines off.

BTC is primed to go on a bull run this year, some predict now, some predict next month, but whenever this happens, all this increase will go to our bottom line.

The world could be heading into a global recession, I cant find a better non-covid share.

when this re-rates and it will, it will re-rate quickly

Its been a tough few week, but just a reminder

• May figures were better than most expected
• One of the most efficient miners in the world
• If BTC drops its good for ARB, if BTC increases its good for ARB
• Small debt which is due to be paid in June
• Peter Wall has mentioned a slow risk adverse scale up in machine acquisitions
• BTC expected to reach new high this year
• Good communication from the CEO
• Finally – the sellers might be gone ( dare I write have gone)
• EBIDTA – Around £4million upto end of May
• Onwards and Upwards
