2 times the SP crashed and bad news appeared a few days later
last time the SP raised slowly like today and a few days later good news
and today ....

I agree, i believe the Farm out is a done deal, they are just waiting for the best time to announce.

Might be wrong, often am, but their recent transactions would make zero sense .

My gut instinct ( for what it is worth) is that Repsol will do the F/O and this is being finalised and announced once the dust settles, but i do believe this will be before the end of May.

I agree that the Toscana deal would not have been done , if they werent very close with a F/O partner.

I am invested in a few other shares , for example RRE, accounts were delayed 2 weeks. I have read on news feed that the presentation of accounts are being delayed.

I don't personally work on any PLC's , but a lot of my friends do and they cant get to clients for clearance meetings, off course there is video technology which helps, but sometimes there are last minute requests from our profession and if everyone is working from home, it is difficult to get access to the clients accounting records.

I have mentioned this to handle expectations, in normal circumstances , accounts not being delivered on time , is very odd and maybe reason for concern, but given Covid 19 i think this will happen a lot .

Tirggerboy - completely agree , anything under 10p would be a bargain, reference the accounts, a lot of accounts are being delayed at the mo, due to auditors struggling to work on site. I work in this profession and there is a backlog of work to be done.

I am looking forward to reviewing the accounts to understand this business further.

Splatted - highly talented - i am showing my age , but this was a very cheesy Uni song for me, a lot of good memories.

Some serious buys and very few sells. BTC on the rise and the SP doesnt move..

From looking the significant shareholders, i can only assume it is

First Investments Holding Ltd own 40 million shares
or
1219626 BC Ltd own 23 million shares

All the other significant shareholders would have fallen under 3% disclosure rule by now ..

It is a TR1 if you fall under 3% isnt it.

In my opinion 20 -25 in a year and i think i am being prudent

Reference dividends, i think one off special dividends and then a more regular dividend policy..

I think this would be a balanced decision going into Halving

From now on Duke , you need to wake up with a more positive outlook and this happens
