Now you can see why UKOG will need as much support as possible for it's IOW application so get your comments in to the IOW council to support there IOW application.
I will keep posting it the more that comment the better.
Joint ventures should not be necessary for a operating company like UKOG.
This will become increasingly clear with HH1 & HH2 going into full production & a CPR being released. A natural momentum that many long term holders have been waiting for should start to emerge.

Here are the details of the IOW planning application.
It seems a number of groups are organizing to oppose UKOG's application so as shareholders please contact the IOW Planning & put in your written support for UKOG's planning application stating I support.
I think that the question is definitely a little late in coming as the BOD renumeration was announced as reduced 20-50% in the end of year accounts from 2019 published end March 2020.
Prior to this purchase of the 35% Tellurian stake the market cap was much higher & would have been acceptable under there article criteria.
Tony XR can try to manipulate the planning process but let's get all the objections out into the open at a early stage. UKOG has a great president set now in it's flagship HH site that Will be in full production before the 2 applications get to the IOW planning comittee.
I am sure that there will not be much there that UKOG has not heard or dealt with before at HH or BB.
For me the most important thing is that the IOW council & UKOG are open to review & put in place the best practices that will allow the planning application to be recommend to the planning committee.
We must remember that the IOW is part of the UK & falls under the legislation for recovering minerals, creating jobs & raising taxes for the services that they need to supply.
The UK government were also the vendor of the IOW licence through the OGA that this application is based on.
Should the planning not be granted without due reason I'm sure it will be considered unjust where there are rights of appeal.
I as I'm sure all UKOG shareholders hope that it does not come to this stage but if it does it may take a bit longer but if the ends justify the means.
It cost the last county council planning committee was at least £1 million alone for Wressle refusal.
This planning application & consultation will have already cost UKOG shareholders that in getting to the planning committee so I hope all runs smoothly with our experienced team who I am sure will do everything necessary to bring this to a successful conclusion.

Penguins
My understanding of the stated aim is Horse hill reserves this year then Goodly Bridge & IOW reserves developed with RBL to develop the other licences.
It was also stated that Horse hill will continue it's development providing cash flow while the other reserves are developed. The planning applications for this development is with Surrey & the IOW council's.
