By now you should have seen that the market require much more to return the confidence & the share price to the level of even 1.30p that the extra 69% value that you stated would be added to the HH value at the time of buying the 35% share from Tellurian.

I as many investors I'm sure support & believe in UKOG but we need more than words & dilution while we understand & feel the effects of Covid19.

What we & the market needs is HH in full production & the CPR published.

Only then can the success & your claims of added value be assessed by shareholders & the market compared to the level of dilution that you have brought to the company. It is clear that it will be highlighted that some of that dilution has been for not only % of the HH licences but as investors we need to see positive results & proper NPV with RBL in place to proceed with Loxley & the IOW.

That was the commitment made by the UKOG board of directors so believe no further dilution should be undertaken for other licences until organic growth & RBL fund & justify it.

The reason for this is that dillution will be ever greater at the lower the share price so add the value & shareholders & the market will react positively.

2015 was speculation 2020 is reality with a 25 year production licence 11-14 million barrels oil connected from HH1 before the intervention & HH2 EWT complete & probably the lowest Opex cost in the UK at £11.50 falling with every barrel over 300BOPD

13 March 2015 UKOG share price 0.78 with UKOG having just increased it's HH licence holding from 20-28%.

UKOG now almost 86% & in production with a share price of 0.20 awaiting HH2 EWT results & production, Dunsfold & IOW planning permission.

The irony of your post is that most of the oilers that you talk about have costs if over$40 per barrel Opex.

Just remember UKOG $11.50 per barrel Opex & falling with every barrel over 300BOPD

UJO price may have temporary risen on news of a drill & claims of fully funded.

The reality is very different especially if you ask any UKOG investor as that fully funded claim will not go very far.

Good old David will be back with his begging bowl before you know it.

There is a big difference between a initial drill, EWT that could last several years & production with 100% of the licence & all costs paid as it can fail at any stage.

Is UJO not only 15% of West Newton?

In my opinion there should be a right to protest but at the current time all the protests are often more like aggressive raves as there is no need for a organized registered protest with maximum numbers of protesters which the protesters are registered & accountable to the organization & the organization accountable for it's protestors actions though a registration process.

There is no responsibility shown for legality or of social distancing where any virus could be spread & ultimately cause many serious illnesses or death's which could eventually be construed as manslaughter.

While I share your situation. I know that you or I have options to move elsewhere with the general market as low as it is.The key questions to ask onesself is.

Will I be better off making the switch or do I believe that my current prospects are better remaining where I am & riding out this storm?

What do I believe will be the value of the whole HH licences, Portland or Portland & Kimmeridge if I am prepared to invest over the short, medium & or long term? or am I prepared to average down & try & get out?

Do I really believe that with all the experience on the BOD that they are negligent enough to dilute the company without a realistic buisness plan?

What is the current UKOG buisness plan based on fact or fiction & how long will it take to get any rewards based on my investment stratergy?

I understand that the price of 11p & £300 million market cap at the time was with the French brothers buying the stake that the did.

The irony is that at the time UKOG only owned 20% of the Horse Hill licences & less assets elsewhere.

UKOG now owns 86% of the Horse Hill licence not 20%
UKOG now owns 95% not 65% of the IOW licence
UKOG owns 65% mot 40% of the old Holmwood licence.

The question is once this value is properly restated & rerated what will the share price be especially once the planning permissions for PEDL234 & the IOW are granted or their reserves values added.

Only £1.8 million conversation left to go from £12 million.

That means 1 year of pain for 30 years of pleasure. Swampy you had better enjoy yourself while you can.

Once it is paid for it is profits all the way, bring on the production & growth.
