The simple answer is none apart from any shares that I have bought in the market that may be the result of placings.

Why?

The irony of how posters here feel reminds me of late February & early March 2018 after the suspension of Broadford bridge & the subsequent share price drop.

Following that it heralded in major changes for the company & a large increase in the share price at the time before the Horse Hill EWT & buyout of 3 or more of the partners percentages.

Now the EWT is complete & this week all planning conditions have been signed off for Horse Hill by Surrey county council so I for one are looking forward to better news in the not to distant future.

You are quite right that this was not the cause of the share price slide but as I suggested to you it has exasperated a share price decline which was started with the credit taken to purchase the 35% of the Horse Hill licences in stages through till the end of March 2020 & finances raised to bring HH into long term production, all of which shareholders are to date unaware of the underlying value of the oil in place & recoverability.

what you don't seem to be taking any account of is the value of those licences to UKOG & its shareholders which I will remind you of the figures given . ( Certain in the fact Penguins will come & dispute the figures!)

Horse Hill £150 - £250 million & each other Kimmeridge site on the licence £100 million & there could be up to 8 sites in the licences before looking at other licences.

What you are calling massive dilution has in part happened as a result of a successful EWT with funds raised to buy a extra 35% 0f the Horse Hill licences not just the Horse Hill site.

It has also to diluted to bring the production into place & reduce costs of oil production a the operator to approx. $12 per barrel making a profit of about $30 per barrel in the current market compared to many companies with over $50 production costs.

I personally will wait for the results of the reperforation & what will be done with HH2 before I draw any conclusions on your other points although I understand & share many the many frustrations!

Tough times I agree but this is an investment!

Dreadful CEO personally I do not agree although no one is perfect.

It is only this week that all the planning conditions for for the 25 year production consent have finally been signed off by Surrey county council at Horse Hill which the CEO has no control over this has taken over a year since the planning consent was granted.

My understanding is that without all the necessary documents signed off which included the transport conditions no figures could be put together for Horse Hill or it's future as without the transport conditions in place there is no point in producing oil as there is limited storage on site & the number of tankers allowed to transport oil out is also limited.

Im now more confident that the site development including 9000 barrels of oil storage can now proceed & I hope that they already have some funds raised for that development. Following that further development of the other wells can & will take place imo.

It will also need to be remembered imo. that any net present value envisaged could be at a lower level as the oil price is at a lower level than the £15-18 per barrel previously stated at a time when the oil price was higher but this should improve.
As a result I would hope to see a new presentation from UKOG on there development plans for Horse Hill site with it being kept separate from what may happen in other licences.

I also believe that they need to sort out there partners Alba & Doremus who should be paying there way for there costs of there licence percentages unless anyone here thinks that they should have a free ride & be paid there licence percentage for the oil produced? If this is not possible now that UKOG has nearly 86% of Horse Hill it should look into making all future development & revenues on a stand alone basis.

As the rig is still on site it would be even better news to see it put up over HH2 for a workover.

I am well underwater here as are many others but remain optimistic as I believe the market is currently well undervaluing UKOG. As you may of seen with Alba going from a low of 0.04p to mid 0.50p 's things can change fairly quickly & they have not even done any proper work or recovered any gold yet.

HH is now mostly set up although there are improvements to make.

Dunsfold going back to planning & if necessary to the planning inspectorate for planning laws to be applied which Surrey planning officers are well aware of which may work in UKOG's favour without all the council conditions & costs recovered.

IOW going to planning this year if not early next year.

Turkey seismic taking place at the end of this year or early next year with a new oil well drill scheduled by June 2021.

Dunsfold drilling penciled in subject to planning for late 2021 which could be IOW if Dunsfold is delayed & IOW planning is permitted first.

While it may be difficult to see the wood for the trees I look forwar

Without the HH, EWT being successful there would be no 25 year production licence like there is.

With hindsight there maybe questions over the timing of the 35% licence purchase.

But who else predicted a global pandemic & oil price crash?
