Personally I can't vote all resolutions thru because they are not in plain English and come across as rather devious. A bit like trying to fathom out what you pay for utilities!
So I would not be surprised if we get the same outcome as the previous vote.

Well the French do own 2/3 of the company and like a revolution. Novacyt cannot expect us to roll over and accept everything they say when the company has performed so poorly this year. Viva la France.

When LTH decide enough is enough & decide to cut their losses & sell. Could potentially buy back more at a cheaper price.

Novacyt have millions of spare cash. So if they believe in the company's potential (as we are led to believe) why not invest some of that money at these low prices? Shares can always be used to pay employee's and as collateral in any acquisitions. It could also put the brakes on the potential drop that we will more than likely witness today.

Novacyt state they are prepared to buy back no more than 10% of shares. With only 72m in issue a lot of cash and a ridiculously low price I would of thought that now is the perfect time for a share buy back which would surely arrest the share price.
What is their to lose for Novacyt?

Zahawi is a charlatan. He is only interested in his own interest's. He was involved in Gulf Keystone Petroleum and received large financial remuneration's before he finally left when the SP was on it's knees. Thankfully without his involvement the share price is ticking up and shareholders actually receive dividends now!
