With the union getting involved and rejecting the offer from RR and wanting a higher pay rise as well as the £2000.00 offer, I suppose we can expect the share price to fall until the matter is resolved!

Am I right in thinking that we are due 2 more dividends payments on the 15th (10p) and (13p) at the end of July?

I applied thru the Novacyt website ValJu and received an email from Mandy at 11.37 this morning.

I applied to register for the AGM and received an email from Mandy asking for proof of shares owned before I can vote. Having quickly glanced thru the convening notice it would appear that the directors want the PI to give them clearance to give shares to any Tom, Dick or Harry! They don't make the process easy so my holding may not even get counted!

Considering that I have held Nanoco shares for a very long time I find it disappointing that existing shareholders were not given the opportunity to be given the first option of buying more.

How soon is now!
