This is decision if National Importance so if people want to say 'do t know when is decision' this is not useful for investing. Better this people then do not invest.

Investing about evidence which point to outcome and MOST evidence point to decision in April for LP with all paperwork complete & now prepare to submit to Cabinet.

Now 2 more new licence round with 9 more block going to be open for tender. This why Mining Minister mr J Gambaat visit Canada and expo for SE Asia oil

If they want foreign investor to bid for new block must show have LP for Petro Matad and why URGENT & NATIONAL IMPORTANCE
