'Morally bankrupt' is emotional argument and no place when you analyse investment sir. Must be hard business mind for this & not emotion.

All argument I make correct sir & better to understand this so shareholder does not become bankrupt.

China have supply and even if other country try they have better price leverage sir. Can do 2 thing or both

Flood market with cheap EV battery to kill competition and / or flood market with cheap fi ush product EV

All talk about strategic importance good and like have national airline that lose money but you have control

Free market mean China still control economics of EV because much bigger supply mean they control price of raw material AND lower unit cost if finish product sir

All talk if strategic advantage but cannot compete with hard business fact sir

This not about dependence on Chi a but EU/US/UK want not total dependence.

Economic & control will still favour China and leave other company loss making because of cheap competitor product.

Think you have made interpretation of mr Master post incorrectly sir & also this article from 29 March talk about recommendation from standing Commitee to Ministry of Environment. No law change need to happoen to grant LP but just Cabinet signature.

You will see on 3 April Update Special Designation document ready to be submit for this signature

Like I say before Cabinet reshuffle last Aug for one reason. Focus on BUSINESS & FOREIGN INVESTMENT.

Special designation LP only need Cabinet signature and not full Govt agreement & all piece now come together with very pro business Cabinet
