Talk of funding more Heron development we can see from some comment Mr Buck make also.

- We have Offtake part from DQE of course for LOW COST field development.

- Also Mr Buck did mention access to LOAN facilities from domestic banks which PRODUCTION open up.

(I do not include Gobi in this - think could be very good surprise but not included in Investment upside for my view).

SP over few trading day? Who cares really but your choice how you react to this I am very relax with Focus on OPERATIONS / DEVELOPMENT!

JV? Really this is like developing contract with Petro China sister group DQE who also look at Low Cost v Offtake (PC & DQE all part of China State oil company).

Buy - Hold - Sell who really care. This is jewel in mid of Aim investments - you see or you do not but Development going forward (now derisked & about to become PRODUCER) will show.

Mr Master this sound reasonable BUT Mongolia feedstock supply protected in Petroleum Laws from domestic production. Petro China say they will (have to) honour this.

Also what Mr Buck say in last presentation about nothing in laws to stop Petro China

in Offer/Takeover.

I say I withdraw previous opinion on Mr Buck /Petrovis/Mongol Govt plan to set up quasi National Energy company - Possible / Logical but Mr Buck say this is not case.

I still argue very logical for people to have this OPINION like I did this morning. If correct why did Petrovis not move earlier?

Why should they when they can wait for all processes to be complete & still pick up stock at good price like in July placing.

Now LOGIC for this become very obvious but like I say Mr Buck deny any positioning behind scene. All can take this how they want.

What do I think?

Big parties making positions behind scene for own interest to be part of very big Company / Sector (fossil & renewable) Development Going forward.

Very easy to do this & with very predictable impatience of little private investors to push out of picture.

Maybe and Mr Buck did say company open to this with party who can present good synergy - Petro China is obvious one.

He also say in last presentation nothing to stop this if decided - Petroleum Law say Refinery get priority BUT extra can go to China of course.

*Clever ones will see that this is very possible with Potential of New Blocks /(maybe) Gobi etc.

I still think BIG Institutional parties involved in pushing out small impatient private investor.

Who do BIG parties represent? This is interesting question.

Not enough Feedstock even with Heron

Petro Matad 2 New Blocks will be push to fast track Licensing & Development (Mike Buck mention this few times). Also remember they are next to or share Potential Massive existing resource or Basin.

Heron Development / Production revenue needed to develop Heron AND New Blocks which ➡️ Feedstock for Refinery.

Add to this 'teaser" of Gobi 1.

We have sillly Troll here talking chit chat but do not even see what is right in front of face - Petro Matad developing into something MASSIVE and MASSIVE shareholder value will follow.

When we understand what is FACTS (and this should be focus) - we can have fun with Chit Chat OPINIONS!

- Is TAKEOVER plan? Remember I put this forward first with maybe large holder working to keep price down, squeeze out private investor.....and big holding build up with stealth. Like Mr Hamm point out (and I believe him) can sell single 1.3/1.4M holding in single trade while price dropping.

I did withdraw Takeover plan (that Mr Buck know of) but think logic part right - I think BIG parties taking out ordinary Investors thru stop losses / impatience etc to take be able to take up 'Stealth Accumulation'.

Remember: Little investors have little timeframes - Big player seems big picture & longer timeframe for strategy. Also we do not know about identity of other parties who took placing shares.

Also talk of 'Gobi 1 teaser' is interesting - I think there will be shown that Gobi 1 has oil OR enough evidence to point to furyher drill - same geology of ALREADY PROVEN oil remember.

While little BB chit chatters come here to tell us how they did 'sell at this price - never will be more then 5p (lol) - waste of time' (but they still hang around 🤔) - better to Focus on HEADER.
