Always say when you look at all developments and sector & multi energy stream with China market next door for Renewable - high level personnel to get contracts etc - this will true value above 50p+

Do not undwratand where "20p takeover" come from?

If people spend more time in research & less on sat asm they will read;

"We will get Takeover at multiple of price now INSTEAD of price running away into 20p+ region going forward" - post 07:01

This is where price would have been heading going forward shorter yeem imo & higher from there without Takeover plans in background.

I think we will see 10-15p takeover offer and Petrovis stake become part of new operation with Govt stake / Strategic Institutional Investor also.

NO Mr Pillsbury that is not what I did say.

First - there is NO law to stop Petro China takeover of Petro Matad BUT in Petroleum Laws is clause which mean operator have to supply domestic Refinery. This is why Mongolia Govt do not need to protect against Petro China takeover.

I expect Takeover to come from Petrovis / Mongolia Govt / Strategic holders which is help by change in Private Investor - Institution dustriburion.

Recent placing help this and now limited strategic liquidation from some Institutional holding help this along.

I did not fall for this but did accumulate larger holding when I recognise this from LOT of background research also.

Did say before IOM Meeting with si many direct MRPAM/Ministry people was part of plan to set up quasi National Energy company they Petro Matad.

I still need expect Takeover to be in good double figure but without background plans think price will have been above this & trending further with rapid company growth.

CONCLUSION: What I say before - TAKEOVER will happen to make quasi Mongolian Multi Stream Energy Company.

This will be push thru Petrovis position & Strategic Instirution positions.

Some of this positions liquidated to push down price but most secure.

I did want Long term holding for Dividend & Multiple capital gain BUT I will still get Multiple ROI without lifetime Dividend - this will go to Petrovis & Mongolia Sovereign Wealth Fund.

I expect very good offer from current level BUT this stock have much much bigger Potential / valuation which will not be paid - why do you think they try not to mention China State energy expert development. Remember China State company move into same building as SunSteppe to speed negotiation. SunSteppe CEO let this slip.

I expect TAKOVER offer will be very quick to come (this year). Also 8 do not value Gobi into my thinking at this price BUT I have feeling will come in with all same G3ologyTrap etc - I think they do also.

I did say some very key point while lot of chit chat go on BB - I see it all happen clearly (and again think about last post).

BEST POSITION - (Almost) WORST PRICE!

Fist do not think this is just MM who try to make profit for themself. This is about Mongolia strategic position / Largest shareholder Petrovis / Key Institution & Broker holding for one goal.

LOWER RETAIL HOLDING - INCREASE KEY INSTITUTION HOLDING.

*We had recent placing. We did not need it to be so big with Production coming. ALL sign of Production coming clear.

What happen? Strategic share distrbution - this helps to push price down to make RETAIL holder jump (and look at BB chit chat to understand LOL).

Maybe little easier if we break this down - then become quite simple!

- Confirmed H1 flow tested / H2 Spudded / Gobi Spudded / Renewable going well & revenue from this feed in 2025.

- Production start expected OCT and temp permit allow this - no STOP in place & full permitting not expect to be problem and think to allow Temp permit is clear sign of this.

- Gobi on own have Unrisked 14p-23p upside. 15% cos BUT same Trap as Heron 12km away (Hmmmm)

- Fast track / Low cost Growth strategy

- CEO Buck did just buy his biggest slice in one go for $100K and Petrovis (we are so thankful lol) increase holding.

We are in BEST position EVER but near worst price. No clear detail of other party who pick up share in last placing or one before.

Short term Investor? - do not care what this one wants because is not my concern.

Long term Investor for Heron full field development? This is me so happy with Buck have done & price now not my problem.

This us why it is easy for me - other trader maybe not so easy LOL!
