China FASTEST GROWING Renewable energy user and why State Energy Company setting up office in same building as SUNSTEPPE and chasing after them to FAST TRACK Contract talk (Check July Investor Presentation part by SunSteppe CEO).

Also Yesterday - "Renewable Energy will be one of the MAIN AREAS OF INVESTMENT in the next 4 Years" - President of European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (source: BloombergTv).

Massive Demand (Domestic Mining Industry & Cross Border China Export) + Massive Bank / Foreign State back financing!

Revenues start to come in 2025 (to ADD to Oil Revenues) & I expect China State Contract RNS very soon.

- DQE make "unsolicited approach" to Petro Matad for JV. Multi- year contract nit allowed but singke tender agree. In this they look to put Dane contract term - COST DEFERRAL for OIL PRODUCE

- Russia export cut to China / Int threat to supply from Middle East - Chiña must proyect oil supppy and why above important - chit chatters crazy to think DQE/PC will not work to direction of Parent State Company interest CNPC which serve CHINA STATE!

- Drill costs $4m total each drill ($1.5 drill + $2.5m development) with lot of current Operations already cover from before.

*Remember DQE (and Petro China) represent China State Oil Company & make this approach to MATD!!

- 2 Major New Oil Block RNS due Q4 2024 or early 2025 - this have Potential multi- billion reserve next to existing or proven basin
