Milton Microcap may explain situation but this is why always better to focus on actual DEVELOPMENTS which will reflect in share price EVENTUALLY.....unless you are trader playing stock and/or BB ;)

- Drill costs $4m total each drill ($1.5 drill + $2.5m development) with lot of current Operations already cover from before.

*Remember DQE (and Petro China) represent China State Oil Company & make this approach to MATD!!
