Do not say Petro Matad will have BP mkt cap (lol) BUT position to develop as Major MULTI FACTOR ENERGY COMPANY like unofficial National energy company - Private Company working with Govt support for National interest for Vision 2050 etc ENERGY INDEPENDENCE - Also PSC which feed into Mongolia GDP & National Wealth Fund.
This is why Mongolia Prime Minister setting up JV with China State Oil Company (CNPC - Parent of PC/DQE) to develop massive New Blocks.
Same as China State Utility Company partnership with Sun Steppe to start major Energy Export to China - Today we have this report "ACCORDING TO A WORLD BANK STUDY, (Mongolia) 2nd IN THE WORLD IN TERMS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SUCH AS SOLAR & WIND" (Source: Mongolia Mining Journal).
Refinery will need MASSIVE/RAPID Increase in feedstock so expect Major Development with Petro Matad SUPPORTED by Govt - This is why Prime Minister himself gets involve with Direct Talks with CNPC!
