He is a commendable individual responsible for implementing crucial changes. We do not require a new CEO because those changes, and even more, were instigated by an exceptionally capable woman with a forward-looking vision. Without McCall, ITV would have become obsolete and might have struggled to survive. The noteworthy STV results underscore the shift of advertising to the digital realm.
