Did you top up today? I did yesterday - all be it a small one.

Whilst I am slightly annoyed at missing the 10% profit on my table the night before results - an event that has been replicated in my portfolio at present. I am nonetheless fairly pleased on reflection. The share has settled in much the way Riddler has said (Sideways) and you could perhaps argue that the bad news is priced in. I would standby my judgement that this stock is defensive. A post was made in regards to the margins about a week ago (Poster saying he/she didn't like them) but perhaps it is these margins that will lead to the firm winning further contracts in industries where safety is tantamount! I don't know - just a thought!

Personally nerver sure whether I am investing or trading. Personally would like to think of myself as an investor but personal circumstances leads me to take profit far to early. Have you got any biotech or pharms? Started a run on PRX - personally think they are an interesting proposition!

Not quite sure whether to take a small profit here or wait for results. You would expect the results to be good but looking at the graph here this jumped off a bit of a cliff last year.

Personally am more inclined to look towards topping up then cutting and running. The question is of when though. Personally doubt that it will slide (much) past 25p and it is sure to surge on the run up to it going Ex. Trouble is recognising where the sweet spot is. Perhaps riddler will help! My (gu)estimate is that this will be at around 08-10 sept. I will not be selling or buying until about then.

Two brokers given this a sell rating - Panmure have Target Price of 19p. Personally will look to top up if this drifts towards 25p in the dividend period.

I have been surprised by the rise since the Rights Issue was announced and indeed the rate in which it has risen. Kinda suggests to me that this could be another Mecom scenerio. Personally expect a lot of profit taking and people selling possibly in panic as the market contracts. Looks a bit risky in the shorter term but is certainly on the watchlist and I might buy the rights as they go on the market.

Do you know when these rights are available to buy?

Would you say that the Dividend is safe though. There was a cut with the interim divi but will the final one be slashed by a similar proportion.

I had a CFD order for 32.5 on these - I wonder whether they picked this up. Just a small one mind!

God knows why people would get so uppity over the posting of an IC article. Wonder what these people think about the naked traders and Brokers giving buy or sell advice. This stock is hardly one where you are going to lose your shirt with. For the price, the dividend and the cash balance - surely you could do a lot worse. This has got to be a Defensive stock and there is no reason I would let it go cheaply. I am kicking myself at not taking a healthy profit yesterday but I am stil in profit.

Wouldn't surprise me if this creeps back up through the day.

I was in both CTT and Ennstone - CTT was (Notwithstanding BB) my worst trade but Ennstone was the only time I have doubled my money. Anyway see you are in Speedy - I think that is an interesting punt given Dividend pay day is next week!

Yeah I agree with you there, an absolutely spot on analysis. I cannot be quite so incisive or indeed as succint but what I do understand is profit and that is what I have got at present. With there being around 35p cash per share - surely any rug being pulled from our feet will merely make this share investable again. I was in RWE at the time where the offer period came to a close and the price shot up. So what exactly is there to lose here? There has to be something brewing and surely it is now just a case of having a little patience. Lets face it we have had plenty of that so far. Assuming there is an offer on the table - would you say that it would be at a premium to the current share price (Of course you would)? Wonder how much it would be for - 50p (higher or lower). Well done with those four shares - good luck with that! Have held for a few months and apart from the last few days has been pretty boring. Was slightly unsettled by the price rise!!!!
