But I am in. Took a plunge but looks fairly promising. Anyone out there thinks this drop is overdone?
My appetite for this kind of punt has more or less gone. Any idea about the dividend?
This was a 10 for one share split.
You still in though?
It doesn't neccesarily mean you would lose all your investment, but you will be unable to trade these on the market. Companies delisting recently have usually offered a facility to trade after delisting but I have not hung around long enough to find how this would work. I think you would have to have your shares converted into certificate form as well and you would have to insure your details are registered with the company themselves. I am not sure whether you could rely on this company to keep you posted and forward any future earnings to you by way of dividends. Not sure how this would work and don't have any faith that these people will care at all about smaller investors.
Perversely feels like a win. Will leave alone I think.
I got in about a month back and intend to make small investments on a monthly basis via my sharebuilder. Would be interested in your thoughts if any on this stock (Or the company in general) because I cannot profess to be anything but a novice. Surely to pull off the funding 'coup' earlier in the year should be a positive sign. I understand that this was a placing rather than an Open offer so surely there are solid plans afoot. Personally cannot see a lot of downside to this for the timebeing and am merely waiting for the upgrades which are surely to come. Would also suggest that it would be more prudent to let prospects continue to cash burn before making their moves, just wonder if the company will seek to be less specialised then their name would suggest.
I am not involved in this share but have considered getting in. Could you explain why you are out?
Anyone taken a position on Kraft? Short or Long?
Didn't lose much cash wise but in proportion to the amount put in, I would say it is quite significant. Cannot be too annoyed about it as this was a highly speculative stock. Though I guess what we are speculating on is the board looking after their shareholders. I am not convinced by the 'the terms of the Transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned' - it just seems to be a common theme. Even with mind to the shorter term this stock is unattractive - I just cannot see any profit in this and the only incentive to take a punt here would be on any volatility. Would have to be on the back of a 30% plus swing for me!
I considered that delightful and decided to pull out. Knowing my luck the price will now rocket and the prospect of a delisting will not come to pass.
Must admit I am tempted - that dividend is pretty good and they do seem to have a good record of paying!
My reading of the trading update is that they have no real positive news - only a few carrots dangled along with some sticks. Do you see this as an 'as we were' or 'going much to plan (Given the circumstances)' ? Guess the positives are the prospect of Breaking even or just falling shy in terms of EBITDA. Though I am not even sure because surely this just means things are getting slightly worse or not getting any worse. But they did say they have had 6 positive months....! And then there is the situation with the new business pipeline showing an increase of enquiries and interest (Would love to know the difference between enquiries and interest). What I don't like however is: Our banks remain generally supportive as evidenced by the Group successfully gaining waivers for loan covenants that were in breach. The Group’s cash position is a critical focus for Management and the Board. AND These short term loans. Wouldn't it be preferable for the business to approach investors by way of a placing or Rights Issue. I mean surely given the market cap and that Order backlog along with the revenue - this is an investable business proposition. I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but could someone tell me that they see this business as a total hospital case?
I do like the dividend for this. Have they got a good history of maintaining this kind of level?
Probably should have seen this as a top up opportunity.
Been doing well though. Half expecting an (Initial) drop with the results?
I have seen those trades but accroding to my source they are unknown. Surely have to be buys (For what its worth). I do wonder however how CFD trades are listed.
Now why would I want to sell at a slight loss!!! Thinking a bit longer term here with this now. Dividend reinvested plus a little bit via sharebuilding options I think.
It's in that no mans land where there isn't any incentive to top up! Not that I want these to go down. Wonder if we will see a suge as people look to mop up the dividend!
Anyone else about see this as being a good recovery play? Price does seem to fluctuate on modest trading levels
