A number of companies that have delisted have offered a Dividend or a tender to shareholders. Not sure how much scope there is for this though.

Hmmm - having actually looked a bit closer at this, tempted to think that this isn't a complete non hoper. Possibly an investors blind spot here and maybe getting a little sentimental but in my mind the Walkabout chain holds a certain Niche appeal which may well come into it's own a little with the Ashes in the summer. Cheap and somewhat cheerful, I can imagine that this area of the business could hold its own.

I am not sure about this one. Think there is money in this and wonder whether any shorts were opened up with the rise earlier this week. If so it is possible that we will see an opportunity tomorrow.

I am considering getting some of these, despite being a Reading fan. Last promotion merited a rise, profits were declared in October (See note) and the last promotion was according to the graph followed with a rise of about 20p. Not sure how liquid this will be though!

Considering this. Goes Ex-div next week. Price has been stable to the point it is flatlining, but the spread just about covers the dividend. Anyone else thinks this is worth a punt?

In profit and still in. Contemplating topping up at some point which will probably be fairly soon as the recent spurt is slowing slightly.

I got mine on Monday - so I should get the Dividend but not the capital repayment. I am not sure what these will do tomorrow but I wouldn't sell if I were you.

I know what you mean with that. Apparently the tender offer will improve the liquidity of the share - apparently this is ex-div today, however there is a further payout which goes Ex-div on Wednesday.

I did and was very happy with the £70 Profit I made on the £150 investment I made on Friday. There is apparently further payouts to come. Have a look at - PTH

Anyone condidering buying these. I have as these are not Ex-Div but I haven't yet since it goes to a negotiated trade!

Have taken profits on this. I did think that there was money making potential here. But this really did surprise me. Keep an eye on this - perhaps the dividend plays still have somewhere to go on this!
