The shares may not look exciting, but the DIVIDEND certainly does. Looks sustainable for years and years to come.

Re my previous message, the question coming to my mind is WHY weren’t we properly informed (by RNS) that the shares would go EX-Special Dividend on 12 May, whilst the shares can be traded still today and tomorrow!? People getting their fingers burned through lack of clear information!

I have been reliably informed that the shares have already gone EX-special dividend of 44p (yesterday), so anybody buying the shares now will only get the £1 issue price!

Please let me know if I am wrong?

With the prospects of Kooth looking excellent, can anyone who has sold his/her shares recently as to why doing so?

I came across Kooth the other day, read up what they are doing - very interesting!

With so many youngsters becoming lonely and miserable because of the tech-age, the market for Kooth’s services is growing hugely. Prospects for the Company’s growth and for its share price look excellent. I bought some shares today.

Results look good and very assuring, negative issues (My Space) are being resolved, excellent dividend payout for the year and outlook positive for next year and beyond.

America First may well hamper sales expansion in the USA. It makes me cautious about investing in Companies with USA ambitions.

Phone the Company for an answer to this if you are concerned.

In volatile markets, SOHO is a safe haven - throwing off juicy dividends to boot.

Punter64 - You are not a pessimist by any chance? Your predictions, such as 40p share price, are certainly gloomy beyond belief. I reckon we shall see 65-70p before the end of this year.

Today's NS sounds good to me. A bad 'tenant' is being replaced by a good 'tenant', thus ending unreliable rent-payer.

SAE going it alone with a large scale battery storage plant needs large scale financial funding. This would inevitably lead to a fundraise, IMHO. Nothing wrong with a fundraise for lucrative expansion, IMHO. I am a small shareholder, happy to see SAE exploring/planning a route to profitability.
