At current share price (66p) the Divi yield is almost 8.5%.

Underpinned by bricks and mortar. Excellent I would say.

Where better?

From time to time there is a realisation that there is an extremely attractive divi- yield to be had on SOHO shares.

Safely underpinned by bricks and mortar properties. I hold a good chunk of the shares for a handsome top up on my pension, I don't mind the share price moving around a bit, I hold till death do me part.

Share price fine and low (180p) for those planning to come onboard, for me if I was not already heavily committed I would be pouncing right now. Cannot believe much lower will come.

Today’s RNS announcement about Beximco starting manufacture and sale of a Generic version of a medicine still in patent puzzles me somewhat. Any opinions on this?

I am at a loss as to explain why the share price is drifting down again (now 200p) I would have expected a gradual rise to 300p and above. The fundamentals are sound, profits are substantial, cash in the bank is excellent!

Now, can one, yes just one seller, enlighten me his/her reason for selling? I am anxious to know! There might be something sinister I am not aware of?

RNS today , Theon announcing a deal, but no mention of the price/cost of the deal. I do not like that!

Is Warpaint on the road to bankruptcy. Looking at the share price, one could be forgiven for thinking so!

Yet the opposite is taken place. Growing profits, cash accumulating in the bank.

To be to the point, the shares are not less than 50% undervalued.

Profitable company with £17 million in the bank, temporary slow down in sales growth, but great expansion prospects.

Why sell the shares at curren low price of 220p?

Amazing how the share price of a profitable company serious cash in the bank can get hammered because of temporary set-back in sales.

Somebody knew something yesterday with some very large transactions going through. Should be investigated.

However, whatever today’s over-reaction, a gradual correction is likely to take place. My shares are not for sale.

Sale Increases in the 10% range would be good enough for me. A standstill no!

The share price now at just 290p has gone low enough. The Results out next Wednesday would need to be very disappointing for the undue low share price to be justified. I topped up, confident in a bright future for Warpaint, confident in the share price rising from hereabouts onwards.

Gone down far enough, the turning point is near, then forward and upward. IMHO

Far enough, I say no more. Bargain hunters lying low, ready to move in.

Today’s vast number of sales at further falling prices seem well over the top, there appears to be panic in the room, yet the Company is sitting on a cash pile, whilst still making decent profits. Bargain hunters are bound to move in soon. I am holding on, expecting tangible improvements to come as times move on.

Many Companies have a high share price which has little or no connection with the Earnings Per Share (EPS), but hopes are that someday Dividends will grow as the Company grows over years to come. Here at Smiths News there is no need to wait for years for the Dividends to grow, they HAVE grown, and are fantastically HIGH against the current share price.

Today’s little dip in the share price suited me fine, had cash waiting to invest so bought a goodly pile to add to my already substantial holding. The Dividends here are simply irresistible, especially attractive against the secure background!
