Am i correct the dividend will be for shareholders holding till after close on 26th? what if you sell 1 minute before close at 26th?

If the company has bought back 10m of their own shares, do they get £100K dividend? and what happens with this £100K?

Are they paying themselves? any idea anyone?

Still there has been no new contract now since December. Although they said there were multiple trials ongoing. Was hoping to buy back in but this looks like the light is out

I sold my stake as well.. was here for very long time, averaging down all the way, but dont see anything positive here.. will keep an eye on it, you never know

After 5 years I sold my entire holding today, unfortunately I didnt do it last week..
I dont see anything positive in the trading update, no contracts, no decent revenue, experienced people leaving. Even if they come with a new product, they will need to go true trials again before signing contracts.
For sure they will need funding later this year, so nothing in the near future to turn this around.
I hope I am wrong, good luck to all holders.

So Blis kicked us out, and is going together with a similar company, a start-up with a guy who worked for Blis before..

No news, no new contracts, no trading update..
The longer it takes the less likely it will be positive..
In September they said they had several trials for their Verify Geoprotect product, only 1 contract has been announced since then.

They are still on X-Mass holiday

They did 100K per month in first half 2020..
Is far of from 30M a year.. they need 2.5M per month to get there..

We need more contracts with revenue, that's the only thing that will keep us going.. if they dont have monthly revenues of 250K or more by now, than we are not going anywhere
