Deas999 good post, Bing007 I'm coming from the same place as you but we need to recognise when normal staunch supporters/defenders of the company are starting to shuffle their feet we have an issue.
The company showed they weren't afraid to spend money when they got chartwell in, perhaps a few pound spent in public relations would do them no harm, nobody else seems to care about saying how much they are making. All imho of course.
